Overall, a nice hotel

Great view from the rooms

It is a nice hotel, but the place is not well maintained, there are ants in the room, and the toilets smell. Although they had arranged a ride in advance, we had to wait over an hour and a half. We eventually gave up and took a taxi back to the hotel. Breakfast was average. Overall, a nice hotel.

Good

Good location, in a quieter part of Phuket - not the Patong madness. However, you will need a car or bike to get to the beach, the walk is a bit much. Especially if you have kids. The resort is relatively new (opened just before COVID shut everything down for over 2 years), and so the facilities, furniture and fittings are new. The pools are amazing. Choose a room with a sea view and although it's distant sea views (not on the beach breaker views), you won't be disappointed. Would recommend it, and return...

Being still relatively new, I feel the management and staff are still finding their feet (which they should have done by now....). Service is extremely slow at the best of times, and they are massively understaffed. We stayed for 16 nights and had to call reception to request the room to be made up on most days - because by 3pm or 4pm they still hadn't been to service the room. It's not the fault of the house keeping staff who are friendly and do a good job - it's that they are understaffed and battle to cope. There are no staff properly dedicated to serve at the pool. You order from the hotel restaurant, for delivery to the pool side, and spend so much time running around chasing your food / looking for your order. Because of the lack or staff at the pool, there are plates / cups / bottles laying around - the area is not cleaned as it should be. Even thought we stayed in a busy period (December / January), I don't think this is an excuse as they should be equipped to deal with high occupancies. I did speak with the operations manager who assured me they were aware of the issues and were working on them - which included bringing on board more staff, and also getting rid of some under-performing staff. There was often a terrible smell coming from the bathrooms. Something to do with the venting of the plumbing in the building. We didn't even report it because I've read comments from other traveller's and see this mentioned before - and if it hasn't been addressed yet, then what luck would I have reporting it.w We were really disappointed with the New Years eve dinner function. We paid a lot of money for tickets (we are a family of five...), and the even was basically washed out as there was a storm that evening. We managed to grab some food from the buffet in between the rains, but it was cold and not as expected.

Nice large hotel with great views and many pools.

Nice hotel/apartment complex with many pools. Facilities we good and clean. We were a family with small children so the two bedroom - two bathroom apartment was perfect.

Our air-conditioner was leaking a lot of water but as we only had a short stay we were happy to tolerate it for two nights. Replacing toilet paper and not many toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner but fortunately we had our own.

Nice Family Hotel

The Hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast selection was small however we had Halal option available. The Hotel has several buildings, and each has a pool that was accessible to us. Kids pool wad nice with a small sliding/playing area.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite through booking and choose the 4 beds option, however instead we got 2 double beds. For 2 adults and 4 kids, the room was quite small. We had to let my 6 year old son sleep on the couch. Kids club was very small and whenever we visited, there wasn't any staff to attend the children.

Comfy and spacious resort that has everything you need. Rather 4-star experience.

Ocean View room is spacious and the view from the 7th floor is stunning. Every building has a pretty cool rooftop pool if you want to skip going to nearby beaches for some reason. I kind of like the DIY (do it yourself) approach of this resort. So you get the room key to your spacious room and it feels like you stay in an apartment building, not really a resort. The facilities are comfortable and the whole experience was rather good. I'm not sure how it feels staying there without a car, perhaps too much walking. But for us, the location of the hotel was very good and with a rental car we could easily go to nearby beaches and restaurants. Although, I don't think it's a 5-star resort. The whole experience is rather a 4-star resort level, to be honest. But this is quite usual in Phuket. Most of the 5-star resorts don't live up to their stars.

The staff was a bit slow. I asked for the beach towel from the reception counter. The receptionist lady told me to go to my room and call from my room phone to ask for the towel. Really? In a 5-star resort, it never happens. In a real 5-star resort, a reception person would call herself and hand me a beach towel right away with candy on it. Well, then I went to my room and called reception and asked for a beach towel. They said it to arrive in 5 minutes. There was nothing, I called back in 10 minutes: "The beach towel is on its way, sir". Okay, another 10 minutes, still nothing. I called again a third time. And then, I could not believe it, the reception lady asked for my room number and told me that someone will bring the towel. So why did she ask for my room number just then? I guess they didn't even bother to hand me the towel when I called the first time. Still no towel. So I called again, but now nobody was answering. Finally, room service knocked on the door to clean the room and I asked for the cleaning lady to bring me the towel instead and she brought me 2 towels :) In conclusion, the resort seems to be all right and it even looks like a 5-star resort, but unfortunately, the staff brings it down to 4. I felt it from day one, the check-in experience was boring, there was no welcoming, the reception people were bored and dull, no smiles, their English was poor and they were clumsy. Anywhere you see the staff member, either in the breakfast area, pool bar, cleaning personnel or just passing by, everyone is bored, with dull faces, no politeness, and not welcoming. If you're looking for a real 5-star experience, then it's not the place.

Relaxing Stay. Great Location.

We stayed in a ocean view 2BR apt as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The apt was very clean and somewhat spacious. We had a good view of the ocean, and even better view of the NYE fireworks on Surin Beach. The facilities at the resort was good with a rooftop pool and a ground level pool. The gym was a tad limited in terms of equipment but can be worked around by going in early. The staff were fantastic. Location was also great with a short walk to the shops and beach, though it is a very steep hike from the entrance to all the residential blocks.

For an apartment, there was a very limited supply of kitchen utensils. Even basic stuff like dishwashing liquid was absent. We had a constant battle with widespread ants.

Clean modern rooms

A good sized modern room, excellent AC and clean.

The check out process. Gave a deposit, then on check out they do a physical search of the room and mini bar. Advised a couple of items weren't present, that we hadn't taken, but had waited for 15 minutes and they said would look again, so just settled the bill (should have taken a pic of mini bar and fridge). Then didn't use deposit to part settle the bill (we'd ordered drinks and food and put on the room), so we paid what was owed and advised the deposit would take 2 weeks to be returned. Once sorted, we were then told we could leave our bags in reception until we collected them later. This wasn't ideal, someone could tamper with them, or indeed steal them. Fortunately we had friends who were staying longer, so left them in their apartment until late that day. This is definitely something they need to improve on.

First of all, it is not a hotel at all. It is just an apartment complex where some apartments are available for rent, while others are occupied by their owners.

The hallway was quite dirty. It was described as 45 square meters, but in reality, it's less than that. Personnel is always busy to answer your requests.

Everything, honestly it was a great stay. the kids loved the place so much and thats what is important to me.

it is not somthing to dislike but the area was a bit far from the heart of the city which means you have to consider transportation costs.

It was good and relaxing.

It was relaxing because it’s quite and plenty of swimming pool to choose if you like to avoid the crowds, staff were really good, cheerful and service minded specially the one in the bar.

Used toothbrush of previous guest in the bathroom shelves and lipstick on the bathroom door, other than that everything is good.

Lovely looking new resort.. Good in room amenities. Comfortable bed. Roof top pools. Good quality gym. Starbucks coffee. Friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to beaches. Good air-con in room.

Very hot to sit on the balcony as the air-con generator blows out hot air. Not enough supply of teabags. Breakfast items which should be hot was cold. Very steep hill up to the room blocks from entrance. Roof top bar closed for the season which was not advised of on booking. Deposit to pay on arrival which was not advised of on booking. Dangerous razer which easily snap when using.

Very Good

Room, facilities and breakfast were amazing. Also view from the room and rooftop were really nice.

Didn't feel welcomed at all by the staff in reception. Not whilst checking in, asking questions nor checking out. Felt really arrogant. Also they told deposit would come next day when checking in and by checking out it was 2 weeks. This should have been mentioned, overall very nice experience ruined by staff. Also we booked double room and got single beds.
